How does your factory ensure reliability and build long-term trust with customers?

In a real case for an EU brand, during mass production our QC detected a slight color deviation in the leather that was hardly noticeable. Instead of concealing it, we immediately halted production, notified the client with photos and details, re-produced the affected units at our own expense, and delivered the order on schedule with no extra fees.
We never cut corners, hide problems, or break commitments on quality, pricing and lead time, which is why many clients maintain years of stable cooperation with us.
Are your products compliant with REACH and California Prop 65?
Yes, all our genuine leather bags comply with EU REACH regulations and California Prop 65 requirements, with relevant test certificates available upon request.
Are you a direct factory? Do you accept third-party inspections?
We are an independent genuine leather bag manufacturer with our own production lines. We accept factory audits and third-party inspections by SGS, BV, Intertek and other institutions.
Will you protect customer designs and sign NDAs?
We strictly protect customers’ design intellectual property and sign NDAs for all customized projects. We will not disclose or sell exclusive designs to any third party.
How do you ensure consistent quality for reorders?
We maintain a stable leather supply chain and archive material and craft records for each order to ensure consistent color, texture and quality for reorders.
What shipping and delivery terms are available?
We provide a full range of shipping solutions including FOB, CIF, DDU and express courier service.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is our most recommended option for customers. We take care of transportation, customs declaration, import duties and taxes in the destination country. You only need to wait for delivery and receive your order directly at your address, simple and worry-free.
What branding and customization services do you provide?
We offer full customization including logo processing, material selection, lining, hardware and packaging. Costs are determined by design requirements and order quantity.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Standard bulk lead time is 25–35 days after final sample approval and receipt of deposit.
